How matching works
Your result is never shown to anyone you meet.
Sealed on your phone
Encrypted before it’s uploaded. Only our review team can open it.
Deleted after checking
The file goes 30 days after the decision. Your card keeps only the outcome.
Stored in the EU
On servers in Ireland. No ads, no trackers in the app.
Questions
Does STI diagnose or give medical advice?
No. STI checks that a test result is genuine, recent and yours, and shows that on your card. It doesn’t replace testing, protection or talking to a clinician.
Who can see my test result?
Nobody you meet. They see “Verified” and when you tested — never the document. If a result isn’t all negative, they see “managed”, “treated” or “positive result”, never which infection unless you choose to name it.
How long does “verified” last?
90 days from the day you took the test. The app reminds you before it runs out.
Is STI free?
Yes. An optional Premium plan adds extras; it’s billed by Apple and you can cancel any time.
How do I get my data, or delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Privacy → Download my data, and Settings → Delete account. Questions: admin@sti-health.com.
